For the production of Zepa Natural milk products, the raw material milk is provided by local farmers. Fresh milk is collected every morning from farms, mainly concentrated in the northern area of Albania.

The range of Zepa Natural milk by-products is over 40 products. The lines for the production and packaging of fresh products (dairy by-products) provide a variety of products that come in different packages, small packages (150g, 230, 450 and 950g) yogurt with fruit, natural yogurt, cream cheese, etc. up to packages large (1 L and 1.5 L) fresh milk, natural yogurt, goat yogurt, etc.

The laboratory has laboratory suites that make it possible to analyze every milk parameter. In addition to qualitative and quantitative analyzes such as (acidity, freshness of milk, cryoscopic point, fat, protein, etc.) that Zepa Natural considers necessary for a quality milk, of particular importance, the laboratory also evaluates analyzes related to health safety of the final consumer, such as: the presence of antibiotics, the presence of residual residues in milk (aflatoxin), somatic cells, bacteriological loads for which, if they are not within the standard, the milk is rejected.
